My paintings pay homage to the Caribbean. They tend to focus on the people, landscape and issues, which directly affect the region. In doing so, I have embarked on a historic, cultural and artistic journey.
I grew up on the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with the ever present sea, hills, the numerous fruit trees, the volcano and beautiful moonlight nights. These images have profoundly influenced my work and are permanently etched in my memory.

Currently a member of Turtle Studios which is based in Newton Massachusetts. I have been a member for many years.
In 2000 I started Youlou Arts Foundation, a non profit based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, created for the sole purpose of promoting excellence in the visual, performing and literary arts.

In March 2017 Youlou Arts Foundation launched its newest initiative, the "brick and mortar" Youlou Art Centre"
The Youlou Art Centre is an educational institution and community gathering space offering art classes and specialized training to children and adults.

The Centre provides classroom space and acts as a venue for local and visiting artists to exhibit their work.
